What You'll Do
- Own supplier relationships and be the go-to quality expert for contract manufacturers.
- Drive process validation, tool design, and test method development for injection and blow molding.
- Lead CAPA investigations, audits, and supplier selection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
- Play a key role in New Product Introductions (NPIs) and global compliance efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate the quality culture across the organization.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in quality engineering, including:
- 2+ years in GMP manufacturing
- 4+ years in injection/blow molding or device manufacturing at CMOs
- Strong background in process validation, supplier auditing, and regulatory compliance (FDA/GMP).
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across functions.
- A passion for solving complex problems that directly impact patient outcomes.
