You'll lead supplier quality initiatives that support breakthrough technologies, regulatory milestones, and high-speed manufacturing processes. What You'll Do

  • Own supplier relationships and be the go-to quality expert for contract manufacturers.
  • Drive process validation, tool design, and test method development for injection and blow molding.
  • Lead CAPA investigations, audits, and supplier selection.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
  • Play a key role in New Product Introductions (NPIs) and global compliance efforts.
  • Mentor junior engineers and elevate the quality culture across the organization.

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in quality engineering, including:
    • 2+ years in GMP manufacturing
    • 4+ years in injection/blow molding or device manufacturing at CMOs
  • Strong background in process validation, supplier auditing, and regulatory compliance (FDA/GMP).
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence across functions.
  • A passion for solving complex problems that directly impact patient outcomes.
