Senior Manager, Quantitative Analytics & Forecasting

A reputable, industry leading Oncology Biotech company is seeking a Senior Manager, Quantitative Analytics & Forecasting individual for the expansion of their Commercial Analytics team. This individual will support the team in driving critical analyses that leverage secondary data including product and launch performance analytics, digital and other promotion effectiveness, resource allocation, omnichannel reporting and analytics; as well as supporting the short-term and long-term demand forecasting process and all forecast-related analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze & Report: Support analytics projects using secondary data for performance tracking, segmentation, and promotional effectiveness.
- Omnichannel Insights: Contribute to the development of omnichannel reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Forecasting Support: Assist in quarterly demand forecasts, including assumption updates, variance analysis, and patient flow insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Finance, Market Access, Sales Ops) to align forecasts and business strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain reporting tools, analyze weekly trade data, and uncover trends and anomalies in business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or,
- Master's degree in related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (specialty pharmacy, specialty distributor, claims, Xponent) is required
- Hands-on experience analyzing large pharmaceutical data sets using advanced statistical techniques is required
- Experience with Oncology, Rare Disease and product launches is preferred
- Proficiency with Office products (Excel, PPT) and SQL is required
- Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
