Your Tasks

  • Develop and grow international customer relationships across assigned regions and key accounts
  • Drive sales of thermoset resins and specialty polymer solutions into coatings and industrial applications
  • Identify and develop new applications in close collaboration with customers and internal technical teams
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers and distributors
  • Contribute to achieving regional and global revenue and growth targetsYour Profile

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a comparable technical education
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate technical solutions into customer value
  • Experience in the chemical, resin, or coatings industry is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of thermoset resins, coatings, or adhesive systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally
