Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the QMS to support rapid product development and commercial scale
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, IVDR, and global regulatory expectations
Partner with scientists and engineers to embed quality into every stage of PCR assay development
Lead audits, manage suppliers, and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Build quality capability across the organisation as it scales

Have hands‑on experience with PCR‑based IVDs or molecular diagnostics

- Strong experience and knowledge across ISO 13485 & IVDR in the UK.
