Our client, a global speciality pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Production Engineer (m/f/d) to join their manufacturing team in a modern, high‑quality production environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the reliable supply of essential healthcare products.
What You Can Expect
In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production workflows in line with GMP requirements
- Act as a key interface between production management and operational teams
- Evaluate and further develop production KPIs and performance systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) across processes
- Develop and deliver training content for production employees
- Ensure production reliability by identifying and controlling process‑related factors
- Create and update manufacturing documentation (e.g., risk analyses, SOPs, deviations)
- Handle CAPAs from bulk production and packaging
- Support cross‑departmental validation and qualification activities
- Assist with the transfer of new products into bulk production and packaging
What You Bring
- Degree in natural sciences, ideally pharmacy or pharmaceutical technology
- At least 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ideally with solid dosage forms
- Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical technology (desirable)
- High flexibility, resilience, and a structured, solution‑oriented work style
- Strong communication, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
- Confident use of MS Office and familiarity with ERP/MES systems
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
