Head of Sales - France - Personal Care and Pharma

A leading global chemical manufcauring company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/ Head of Sales in France to drive expansion across the PC and pharma unit. With a strong reputation for high-quality products and significant investment in product development, the company has seen rapid growth, with European markets showing the fastest increase.

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Head of Sales/ Business Development Manager to strengthen our client's distribution network and accelerate sales growth. France is a key market for the business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue through improved distribution across France
  • Lead all French sales operations
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers to expand brand presence.
  • Work closely with the product development team to align future innovations with sales channels.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in developing chemical company relationships across France
  • Strong experience managing sales in Personal Care and or Pharma
  • Expertise in French HPC chemcicals market, with a deep understanding B2B relationships.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience of developing and managing B2B relationships in France
  • Self-starter with strong motivation and leadership qualities.
  • Chemical engineering degree
  • Experince managing commercial teams
  • Based in France
