Join a rapidly-growing specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to providing health-care professionals around the world with critical, life-saving treatments for rare diseases and emergency situations.

This role will be responsible for driving the adoption and utilization of the company's oncology portfolio within the Northeast territory. This will involve developing territory specific business plans to identify and engage key stakeholders to promote product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
  • Achieve sales targets across all promoted oncology products.
  • Educate HCPs on appropriate product usage and indications.
  • Maximize efficiency and impact across a large geographic area.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate data and processes to identify growth opportunities and improve execution.

Qualifications:

  • Specialty sales experience required; Oncology sales experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Solid business acumen with strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours as needed.
