Embedded Software Technical Lead
EPM Scientific is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Software Technical Lead to support one of our leading clients in the Pharmaceutical Equipment Manufacturing sector on a contract basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid background in embedded software development and project execution, particularly in C/C++ with RTOS-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with model-based design tools like Simulink, including code generation for embedded targets.
- Ability to guide Embedded SW domain resources in terms of quality, estimations, work results. Strong in execution, results driven
- Proven ability in requirements engineering, translating system-level needs into detailed software specifications.
- Experienced in managing software sub-projects using a structured, waterfall-style approach, covering planning, estimation, requirements gathering, resourcing, and risk management.
- Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Background:
- Extensive experience in Software Engineering
- Advanced expertise in Technical Project Management
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in C++ or similar, with over 5 years of experience
- Fluency in English, German a bonus
