Biotechnologist
Location: Switzerland
Employment: Full-time in a 2- or 3‑shift system (occasional Saturdays, no Sundays)
Start: As soon as possible (latest end of April)
We are looking for motivated Biotechnologists to join the manufacturing team of our end client in a modern aseptic Fill & Finish environment. You will play a key role in executing GMP‑compliant production processes and ensuring high-quality, timely, and safe batch operations.
This role is ideal for technically trained professionals who enjoy hands-on work in clean rooms and want to further develop their skills in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- Execute end-to-end Drug Product manufacturing under GMP, including batch execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and review
- Perform core processing steps: compounding, buffer preparation, filter integrity testing, filling, crimping, and visual inspection
- Operate and clean equipment for liquid and lyophilized vial manufacturing
- Support process improvements, including CAPAs, process changes, and cross-functional training
- Ensure all activities meet safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
What You Bring
- Education & Background: EFZ / Vocational Training or equivalent technical education
- Experience : 2 - 4 years of GMP shop floor experience
- Strong advantage: aseptic Drug Product or Fill & Finish operations
- Experience in high-hygiene environments is a plus
- Drug Product experience highly preferred
- Skills & Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality processes
- Experience with aseptic handling in clean rooms or isolators
- SAP/MES knowledge is beneficial
- Good English; German is an advantage
- Reliable, hands-on working style and willingness to work
