Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to drive sales and maintain positive relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Present solutions to enhance customer workflows and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, secure deals, and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of life science sales experience, preferably within Capital equipment/Instrumentation
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of the Bioprocessing industry.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to travel around 60% of the time.
- Excellent communication skills and a valid driving license
