Overview
This commercial executive will be responsible for leading strategy, commercial performance, and operations across a global Cell & Gene therapy business. This role oversees multiple advanced therapy modalities and drives growth, execution, and organizational effectiveness across sites in the U.S. and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a data-driven business strategy aligned with long-term growth targets
- Translate strategy into measurable plans, priorities, and resource allocation
- Lead commercial efforts, including go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth
- Own full P&L performance, including revenue, margins, EBITDA, and cash delivery
- Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and expand strategic accounts
- Establish performance metrics, governance, and operating cadence to drive accountability
- Partner with operations and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery
- Drive operational excellence, including LEAN practices and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and industry standards
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in pharma services or related industry
- Proven P&L ownership and track record of delivering financial results
- Experience leading commercial strategy and business development initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep understanding of GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements
