Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the French commercial and marketing team to exceed growth targets.
• Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Drive innovation in go-to-market approaches, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global leadership, regulatory, medical affairs, and operations.
