About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Munich. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of external vendors and service providers across key operational areas. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key vendors across clinical, commercial, and operational functions.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to KPIs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with business needs.
• Lead vendor selection processes and support onboarding activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor operations.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in vendor management within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendor relationships.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Available to start immediately and commit to a 12-month contract.
