Trade Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join a leading organisation in the Medical Device sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring global trade operations are compliant, efficient, and strategically aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) for export compliance and regulatory screening
- Assigning HTS classifications, ECCNs, FDA import codes, and country of origin data
- Coordinating import/export activities with logistics and customs brokers
- Auditing customs transactions and maintaining compliance documentation
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve operational processes and reporting
- Acting as a subject matter expert in trade regulations including HTS, Origin, FTAs
- Delivering compliance training and conducting risk assessments
- Driving data analysis to support decision-making and enhance reporting capabilities
Further Details:
- 3-5 Years experience in Trade Compliance or Relevant Sector
- German Speaking
- 2-3 days on site in Leipzig
- 12 Month Contract
