Test Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to support a global leader in the Automation & Life Science industry, headquartered in Switzerland. This project is scheduled for 6 months, with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integration and verification strategies in line with project planning
• Define and continuously optimize general verification procedures based on system requirements and use cases
• Plan and ensure schedules, infrastructure, budget, and quality assurance for all verification activities
• Coordinate, execute, and monitor test processes in close cooperation with development departments and verification teams
• Analyze test results, assess risks, and initiate measures to improve quality
• Define series tests, considering risk analyses and statistical methods
• Collaborate closely with project managers, development and verification engineers, validation managers, and external partners

Experience:

• Several years of professional experience in testing complex, interdisciplinary systems (embedded software, electronics, mechanics, sensor technology)
• In-depth knowledge of integration and verification processes
• Practical experience with test management tools and agile methods
• Proficiency in build, release, and test automation
• ISTQB certification as a Test Manager is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
