What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage your territory in the North of Spain, crafting and executing strategic sales plans to grow revenue and expand access to innovative therapies.

  • Develop meaningful partnerships with pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, interventional specialists, procurement teams, and clinical staff.

  • Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure physicians and care teams are confident and effective in using advanced endoscopic technology.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical, and operations to create a seamless and impactful customer experience.

  • Identify and grow key accounts and centers of excellence, improving patient access and care pathways.

  • Evaluate market opportunities, maintain accurate CRM data, and create actionable plans tailored to each account.

  • Stay informed on market developments and competitor activity, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Proven success in medical device sales.

  • Background in respiratory, cardiology, or urology is highly desirable - with respiratory experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with interventional procedures or complex technologies is a strong plus.

  • A consultative, empathetic approach is essential in this role.

  • Understanding of the Spanish healthcare system and regional dynamics.
