An established and respected global medical device company is seeking a Territory Manager to join its MedSurg division, focusing on urology products. This role offers the opportunity to represent a reputable portfolio, provide clinical support, and help improve patient outcomes across the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare providers, and purchasing groups.

  • Provide product training and in-theatre technical support to medical staff to ensure proper and effective use of the portfolio.

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive business plan including sales targets, market development opportunities, and risk management.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to management.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and local events as required.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in medical sales preferred; knowledge of urology or surgical products is an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Commercial acumen with a strategic, self-motivated approach.

  • Confidence in providing technical support in clinical environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
