A life sciences company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across product development, operational scale-up, and process optimization. This is a strategic role driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion
• Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with functional leaders and finance teams for resource planning
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-ups
• Oversee design control documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify risks, track KPIs, and manage phase gate reviews
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership
• Foster alignment across internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in life sciences, engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of project management experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or biotech
• Hands-on experience in assay diagnostic development, full product development lifecycle, and product design
• Familiarity with FDA, CLIA, ISO 13485, CE/IVDR environments
• Strong knowledge of design control and product lifecycle
• Experience with digital health or software products is a plus
• PMP certification is preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced setting
