Senior Project Engineer

EPM Scientific is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to support one of our leading clients in the Pharmaceutical Equipment Manufacturing sector on a 6 - 12 month contract basis

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Project Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality engineering solutions across global industrial projects. This role involves end-to-end technical coordination, from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the technical aspects of engineering projects.
• Oversee the design, calculation, and specification of key components and systems.
• Develop and document plant processes and project-specific technical documentation (e.g., P&IDs).
• Collaborate closely with clients and partner firms through regular meetings and workshops.
• Prepare and conduct technical discussions with stakeholders, both remotely and on-site worldwide.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and safety standards (e.g., GMP, Machinery Directive).
• Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients across diverse industries.

Background & Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering (e.g., process, mechanical) or equivalent technical training.
• Proven experience in planning, designing, and executing complex technical projects, preferably within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or GMP environments.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting technical specifications, P&IDs, and plant process workflows.
