Hiring: Senior Process Engineer - Computer‑Assisted & Robotic Surgery

📍 Germany | Full‑Time | On‑Site | MedTech

We're partnering with a leading innovator in computer‑assisted and robot‑assisted surgery and are looking for a senior Process Engineer to help shape the future of medical technology.

Key Requirements

In this role, you will play an active part in shaping the entire manufacturing chain for next‑generation surgical technologies. Your scope includes:

  • Driving innovation across manufacturing for cutting‑edge products in computer‑assisted and robotic surgery.
  • Solving technical challenges and implementing efficient, scalable manufacturing and testing strategies with a focus on Lean Management and automation.
  • Procuring, validating, and qualifying new machinery and equipment for new product lines or capacity expansion.
  • Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary and international teams to leverage synergies and support cross‑site operations.
  • Working independently and flexibly in an open, modern environment with a strong, people‑focused work culture.

What Sets You Apart

  • A completed technical degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, medical engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes for mechatronic assemblies and strong judgement regarding manufacturability.
  • Experience in product development, process development, process optimization, or project management is highly beneficial.
  • CAD skills and experience in fixture design are an advantage.
  • Excellent communicator with a solution‑oriented, collaborative approach.
  • A creative, efficient, and independent working style - well organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interest in state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing technologies and motivation to continuously grow your technical skillset.
  • Proactive mindset: you seek new ideas, embrace diverse perspectives, and aim for continuous improvement.
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven in your execution.
  • Fluent German and English skills to operate confidently in an innovative, international environment.
