Role Overview:


They are seeking a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics to support the U.S. Lupus franchise. This role drives customer, market, and competitive insights to shape brand strategy, inform launch planning, and guide key commercial decisions. You'll partner closely with marketing and commercial leaders to deliver clear, actionable intelligence that supports a data‑driven go‑to‑market approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing, supplying the insights needed to refine brand strategy, anticipate market shifts, and prioritize opportunities
  • Design and execute modern market research approaches to better understand patients, providers, treatment dynamics, and unmet needs
  • Integrate diverse data sources-from claims to specialty pharmacy to primary research-to craft insights that inform business direction
  • Bring forward clear customer perspectives to help shape messaging, positioning, and overall commercial planning
  • Support the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks that communicate trends and performance to senior leadership
  • Contribute to long‑range planning efforts by helping define learning agendas, budget needs, and strategic initiatives
  • Partner cross‑functionally to identify critical business questions and deliver analytic recommendations to address them

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • 5+ years of insights, analytics, or market research experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare consulting
  • Experience managing research projects end‑to‑end
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Background with consumer‑facing healthcare products preferred
  • Autoimmune, lupus, rheumatology, or dermatology experience is a plus
