Senior Key Account Manager - Pain Management & Oncology (m/w/d)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to manage strategic accounts in the therapeutic areas of pain management and oncology supportive care. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with hospitals, oncology centers, and healthcare professionals to ensure access to innovative supportive therapies that improve patient quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies for pain management and oncology supportive therapies across Southern Germany.
- Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, pain specialists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimal product positioning within accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical affairs, market access, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and ethical guidelines.
- Provide regular account performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within pharma, ideally in pain management and oncology supportive care.
- Strong knowledge of oncology and pain management therapeutic areas.
- Proven success in managing complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business; advanced degree is a plus.
