EPM Scientific is partnered with a clinical-stage biotech company developing a next-generation platform for precision oncology. They're seeking a strategic and execution-focused regulatory leader to guide programs approaching key inflection points-INDs, BLAs, and global submissions. This is a remote role, with preference for candidates based in California or able to work West Coast hours.

The Role

• Lead regulatory strategy across early-stage programs in targeted oncology
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape development plans
• Drive IND submissions and global regulatory engagement
• Build scalable frameworks to support future growth
• Navigate regulatory considerations unique to radiotherapeutic modalities

Ideal Profile

• 12+ years in Regulatory Affairs within biotech/pharma, including oncology and biologics
• Experience with radiopharmaceuticals, ADCs, or other targeted payloads
• Proven success with FDA submissions and global strategy
• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Passion for solving complex regulatory challenges in a fast-paced environment
