Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple oncology programs.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and budget management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Clinical Operations team.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Data Management.
• Drive operational excellence and timely delivery of clinical milestones.
• Represent Clinical Operations in governance meetings and external partnerships.

Key Qualificiations

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of clinical operations experience, including 5+ years in oncology.
• Proven leadership in managing global Phase I-III trials.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with vendor oversight and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
