Senior Clinical Trial Manager

What you'll be doing: * Lead clinical trials from startup through closeout, owning timelines, budgets, and operational execution
* Manage CROs, vendors, and investigative sites to ensure high-quality study delivery
* Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams
* Drive study strategy, risk management, compliance, and overall trial performance

Key requirements: * Previous CTM experience within a biotech/sponsor organization
* Experience independently running studies in an insourced model
* Small biotech experience required
* CRO-only candidates will not be considered
* Immunology, autoimmune, or inflammation experience is preferred, but not required
* Ability to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
