Global Patient Partnership Program Consultant
EPM Scientific are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical company that is driving a strategic patient engagement and partnership initiative across multiple therapeutic areas. They are urgently seeking a Global Patient Partnership Program Consultant, reporting to the Global Patient Partnership Lead, to support the development, governance, and execution of key patient partnership activities, strategic dialogue programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Role Overview:
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Remote, Germany
- Contract Type: Freelance / Consultant - 0.5 FTE, 12 Months Contract (total project 16 Months)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic program management frameworks, including project plans, governance structures, timelines, risk registers, stakeholder maps, decision logs, and action trackers.
- Create and manage project documentation, status updates, planning materials, risk assessments, and governance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support the conceptual planning and documentation of a global patient partnership summit, including agenda development, workstream planning, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
- Draft Steering Committee briefing materials, meeting agendas, discussion documents, insight reports, and follow-up tracking documentation.
- Conduct strategic research and analysis on topics such as healthcare policy, health equity, digital health, artificial intelligence, patient engagement, and emerging healthcare trends.
- Prepare briefing packs, background materials, discussion papers, and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop stakeholder interaction frameworks and interface documentation involving patient engagement leaders, agencies, subject matter experts, and external partners.
- Document key project decisions, lessons learned, planning assumptions, and governance activities, ensuring clear project handover and continuity.
- Support quarterly community engagement activities through agenda planning, communication materials, discussion summaries, and insight generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management, strategic program management, patient engagement, medical affairs, healthcare consulting, or related functions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong experience developing governance frameworks, stakeholder management plans, strategic documentation, and executive-level communications.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports, recommendations, and presentation materials.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends, patient advocacy, healthcare policy, digital health, artificial intelligence, or health equity initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting senior leadership meetings or advisory boards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment while delivering high-quality documentation and strategic outputs.
