What You'll Do

• Lead automation projects from concept through implementation, validation, and production launch.

• Serve as the site's automation expert, providing technical leadership and partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience developing and deploying automation solutions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, machine vision, industrial automation, or advanced manufacturing systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects, solve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• Medical device, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• PLC programming, controls engineering, or equipment integration.
• Process validation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing optimization.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
