The Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager to grow their business in Germany. This is a strategic position for a driven professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities within Germany.
  • Build strong relationships with research institutions, laboratories, and industrial clients.
  • Provide consultative support and technical expertise on chromatography and mass spectrometry solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within life sciences or analytical instruments, ideally in chromatography or mass spectrometry.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Academic background in biochemistry, chemistry, or a related field (degree preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and strategically in a competitive market.
