Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow brand presence and sales in partner retail stores.
Set and manage performance targets in alignment with overall company growth objectives.
Drive the scaling of retail sales from initial product launch level to significant market penetration, ensuring sustainable volume growth and strong shelf performance.
Monitor market and category trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to adjust sales tactics.
- Retail Partner Management
Act as the primary point of contact and key account manager for our large retail partners.
Cultivate and manage relationships with senior management of retail groups in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Drive alignment with retail partners on business objectives, performance tracking, and strategic collaboration.
Ensure long-term, high-impact partnerships through effective communication and joint business planning.
- Store Operations & Communication
Maintain direct relationships with store managers and in-store teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support execution excellence at the store level, including merchandising, stock levels, and campaign compliance.
- In-Store Promotions & Activation
Develop and implement high-impact in-store promotional campaigns and seasonal activations.
Work closely with retail partners to measure and optimize results of promotional efforts.
- Training & Sales Enablement
Oversee creation of sales training tools and materials.
Lead in-house training events and workshops for retail staff to ensure strong product knowledge and consistent brand messaging.
- Sales Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a team of in-store sales promoters in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Set performance metrics and lead continuous coaching and performance development.
- Marketing Alignment
Coordinate with in-house marketing team and external agencies to support campaign planning and retail integration.
Develop and foster strategies to enhance in-store customer interactivity, such as educational content, demo videos, testing devices, and immersive displays.
- Executive Collaboration
Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO, contributing to strategic planning and overall company direction.
Ensure retail sales operations are aligned with the broader brand and business growth strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Must currently reside in Singapore or Hong Kong, with valid working rights in that location.
- Proven track record in a senior sales role within the FMCG industry, ideally in the nutraceutical or supplement sector.
- Experience in key account management with major retail chains in Hong Kong or Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, structures, and internal decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead regional sales teams and manage in-store execution.
- Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and attention to operational details.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
