Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Solution Promotion: Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals (PT, OT, Rehab Physician, etc.), clearly demonstrating product benefits.
- Sales Execution: Identify and target potential customers within assigned territories or segments (e.g., hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers). Drive the B2B sales process from lead generation, product demonstration, negotiation to deal closure, achieving assigned sales targets. Create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- CRM and Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications using CRM software and manage sales pipeline efficiently with the team.
- Channel Partner Development: Appoint, negotiate and close channel partners. Develop market analyses and pricing strategies.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer and partner relationships.
- Marketing and Event Support: Showcase and promote Articares' innovative technology at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.
- Market Analysis: Supply management with information on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field.
- Customer Support: Provide basic post-sales service support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales and business development experience with medical devices, healthcare solutions, or services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Motivated self-starter with strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- High proactiveness, persistence, and drive to achieve performance goals.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally as required.
