Position: R&D (Associate) / Project Manager
Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a compact and collaborative R&D team. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to a variety of responsibilities. In addition to research and development tasks, the role involves customer support and close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to advance customer-driven projects. Success in this position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in ongoing product development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and contribute to the design and specification of new products.
- Plan and execute product development from concept through to finalrealization, including:
- Conducting feasibility and research experiments.
- Documenting R&D activities in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Facilitating the transition of products from R&D to production.
- Developing quality control procedures for new products and processes.
- Performing stability studies on products.
- Creating user documentation, safety data sheets, and other product-related materials.
- Manage product life cycles.
- Support the marketing and sales teams by preparing technical product documentation.
- Perform general laboratory duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a small, fast-moving environment.
- Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Analytical, independent, results-driven, and a strong team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or LibreOffice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience in product development.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVDR regulations, and QA/QC practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
