Position: R&D (Associate) / Project Manager

Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a compact and collaborative R&D team. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to a variety of responsibilities. In addition to research and development tasks, the role involves customer support and close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to advance customer-driven projects. Success in this position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing product development initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and contribute to the design and specification of new products.
  • Plan and execute product development from concept through to finalrealization, including:
    • Conducting feasibility and research experiments.
    • Documenting R&D activities in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
    • Facilitating the transition of products from R&D to production.
    • Developing quality control procedures for new products and processes.
    • Performing stability studies on products.
    • Creating user documentation, safety data sheets, and other product-related materials.
  • Manage product life cycles.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams by preparing technical product documentation.
  • Perform general laboratory duties.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a small, fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Analytical, independent, results-driven, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or LibreOffice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Experience in product development.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVDR regulations, and QA/QC practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
