Project Manager

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in project management to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the fast-paced world of pharmaceutical advertising, where precision, compliance, and creativity intersect.

In this role, you'll help bring healthcare brands to life by managing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, educational materials, and digital assets that support pharmaceutical products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including strategy, creative, medical, and account services-to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
  • Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., FDA, MLR review processes) throughout all project phases.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks, and resource needs.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across internal teams and with clients.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves."
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing, MLR processes, or agency workflows is a plus.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position based near Philly. Team members are expected to be on-site three days per week to promote collaboration and maintain a strong team culture. The remaining two days offer the flexibility to work remotely.
