Are you ready to take the next step in your biotech career? We're looking for a Production Specialist to join a leading life sciences company and support cutting-edge bioconjugate manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute and support production campaigns in compliance with cGMP standards
• Monitor and optimize processes during pilot and manufacturing phases
• Troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements
• Assist with equipment commissioning and qualification
• Contribute to safety, health, and environmental initiatives
• Train team members and maintain manufacturing documentation

Your Profile:

• Degree in biotechnology, bio-/chemical engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical qualification with experience)
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech production is a plus
• Willingness to work in a flexible 4-shift system is essential
• Fluent German required; English is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
