The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across Germany and Austria, driving regional strategy and supporting commercial success in a highly specialised therapy area.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will manage product launches, develop go-to-market strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute local marketing and product launch strategies in alignment with wider European teams
- Drive therapy adoption through effective market positioning and strategic initiatives
- Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and forecasts to support revenue growth and profitability
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform commercial decision-making
- Create and localise marketing and sales materials tailored to regional needs
- Plan and deliver events, workshops, and educational initiatives to increase awareness and adoption
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and key healthcare stakeholders
- Partner closely with the sales team to provide tools, training, and marketing support
- Track product performance and market trends, identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, legal, and brand guidelines
Your Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Marketing within MedTech
- Background in neurovascular, vascular, or interventional therapies strongly preferred
- Experience with products such as thrombectomy systems, balloons, stents, or similar is highly relevant
- Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, reimbursement, and clinical markets
- Proven experience managing product launches and data-driven marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative working style
- Fluent English required; German is beneficial
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
