About the Role:
This position plays a key role in resolving design-related issues affecting both customers and production. The successful candidate will lead root cause investigations, collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements, and support new product launches with insights gained from real-world use and manufacturing feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and resolve customer complaints and production issues related to product design
Conduct on-site investigations as needed to support root cause analysis
Collaborate closely with R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Provide critical input for new product development based on field and production feedback
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Bio-medical, Plastics, or Chemical Engineering (or related)
At least 3 years of experience in bio-processing, bio-pharmaceuticals or a relevant engineering field
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis
Hands-on approach, comfortable working in a production-focused, regulated environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
