About the Role: The PrincipalBiostatistician will bring advanced statistical expertise, effectively manage multiple concurrent studies, and communicate directly and clearly to clients. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for professionals seeking to deepen their technical capabilities and broaden their impact across multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead statistical activities for clinical research projects, including oversight and support of SAS programming deliverables.
• Act as a subject matter expert in biostatistics during client and vendor engagements, offering strategic analytical insights
• Support business development by presenting biostatistical capabilities to prospective and existing clients
• Oversee biostatistics budgets for assigned clinical studies, ensuring adherence to project scope and financial objectives.
• Draft and review key statistical sections of clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in biostatistics
• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of drug development, clinical study design, trial simulations, analysis methodology, and data interpretation.
• Leadership: Proven ability to communicate directly and effectively with clients and vendors.
