About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team within the Personal Care Industry segment. This is a full-time, permanent position offering significant autonomy and responsibility. The role is home-office based and covers the regions of Brittany, Normandy, and Grand-Est, with regular travel required.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strengthening our market presence in France. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about business development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth:
- Expand and manage your customer portfolio through proactive engagement and regular visits to prospects and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Explore and penetrate new markets across France, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Strategic Negotiation & Relationship Management:
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure profitable agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure seamless execution of projects.

Your Profile
- Higher education in Science, ideally Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in cosmetic raw materials or specialty chemicals.
- Experience with emulsifiers, rheological agents, oils, polymers, pigments, dyes and/or powders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), as it is the working language of the group.
- Autonomous, proactive, and passionate about business development.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned regions.
