About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth within the Personal Care market in Poland, managing customer relationships, developing new business, and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of specialty ingredients and raw materials for the cosmetics and personal care industry across Poland.
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers through regular visits and technical consultation.
• Take ownership of sales performance, profitability, and agreed growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with international supplier partners.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, emerging trends, and regulatory changes affecting the cosmetics industry.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish personal care and cosmetics market.
• Proven experience selling cosmetic raw materials, ingredients, or specialty chemicals to manufacturers and formulators.
• Established network within the Polish cosmetics industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and growing customer accounts.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach to sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Fluent in both Polish and English.
