MSL - Medical Science Liaison
I'm currently supporting an international pharmaceutical company that is looking to appoint its Medical Science Liaison in Poland. The organisation operates within a highly specialised therapy area and combines a strong scientific focus with a collaborative culture and genuine opportunities for long-term growth.
This field-based role would involve:
- Building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals across Poland.
- Delivering scientific and clinical information through peer-to-peer discussions.
- Gathering medical insights and supporting Medical Affairs strategy.
- Organising educational activities, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
- Collaborating closely with commercial, market access, and clinical teams.
- Potentially expanding into broader Medical Affairs responsibilities over time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or within Medical Affairs.
- A degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, or MSc).
- Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and delivering scientific communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Poland.
