MSAT Manager

We are supporting a pharmaceutical organisation based in Basel to support their manufacturing and MS&T capabilities within aseptic fill-finish operations. This role focuses on process readiness, requalification, and GMP compliance in a project-based environment. The initial duration assignment is 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as MS&T / manufacturing SME for aseptic processes, ensuring process robustness and GMP compliance
• Drive requalification activities across equipment and processes, ensuring systems meet regulatory standards
• Lead and support media fill activities, including preparation, execution, and follow-up of results
• Contribute to overall GMP readiness, including gap assessment, documentation review, and audit preparation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Validation, Operations) to support manufacturing readiness

Profile Required

• Proven experience in MS&T, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering within pharma
• Strong exposure to aseptic fill-finish
• Experience with requalification, media fill, and GMP compliance
• Familiarity with aseptic equipment and controlled environments
• Autonomous, structured, and comfortable in a project-driven setting
