Our Client, a global IT Consulting and services firm is looking for an MM Techno-Functional SME
Tasks:
- Provide strong team leadership by setting clear expectations, assigning responsibilities, and creating an environment where team members can perform effectively.
- Interpret and analyze business needs within the Life Sciences commercial domain and translate them into well‑defined requirements.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients throughout each phase of the project.
- Ensure all team deliverables meet high standards for quality, accuracy, and on‑time completion.
- Promote a culture focused on continuous improvement in processes, tools, and overall delivery.
- Equip teams with the direction, technical guidance, and resources required to execute their work successfully.
- Develop practical project plans, establish achievable timelines, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Provide clear, timely status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation, refinement, and adherence of development standards and best practices.
- Stay current with evolving methodologies, technologies, and industry trends to enhance team capability and delivery quality.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across system architecture, configuration, and implementation activities.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to leadership, project managers, and team members, offering guidance and sound judgment.
Profile:
- Strong understanding of the European - especially German - Life Sciences market access environment, including pricing models, contracting practices, and reimbursement requirements.
- Practical experience working with Model N platforms, such as Rebate Management, Revitas Flex, and FBK/Cube RM.
- Solid knowledge of core commercial processes in Life Sciences, including chargebacks, rebates, contracts, and master data (products, customers, memberships).
- Familiarity with European pharma regulatory and commercial workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into system enhancements, lead solution design, and support upgrade initiatives.
- Strong grasp of data structures and transactional elements used in regulatory and pricing calculations.
- Experience generating reconciliation and calculation reports for analysis and compliance.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, running client workshops, and aligning stakeholders on proposed solutions.
- Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience using Oracle or SQL Server.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
