Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is looking to for a Manufacturing Specialist

Project Overview

  • Project Type: Manufacturing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate production campaigns in full compliance with cGMP regulations.
    • Contribute to project planning and engineering activities to ensure alignment with all technical requirements.
    • Oversee and support daily production operations, including troubleshooting and managing deviations.
    • Develop, review, and maintain GMP-compliant documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Train and mentor operators on equipment operation and process-specific procedures.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, KAIZEN) while upholding stringent safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Requirements

    • Completed technical education or relevant degree (e.g., apprenticeship, advanced technical certification, or Bachelor's degree).
    • Professional experience in chemical, biotechnological, or food production environments; prior GMP exposure is an advantage.
    • Solid basic knowledge of MS Office and a strong affinity for working with digital systems.
    • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken); English proficiency is considered beneficial.
    • Willingness to participate in on-call support when required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in pharmaceutical production (e.g., as a production operator, production technician, or process technician).
    • No Master's or PhD degrees-candidates with higher academic qualifications do not meet the role requirements. Preferred: Bachelor's degrees or recognized technical certifications (e.g., Chemikant in Germany).
    • Hands-on experience in early-stage pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (beyond fill‑and‑finish or packaging-only roles).
    • Strong technical understanding of production machinery, process equipment, and manufacturing workflows.
    • Demonstrated experience in process optimization methodologies (e.g., KAIZEN, Lean, Six Sigma).
    • Ideally, exposure to multiple production environments-different companies, manufacturing technologies, or product types.
    • Fluent German is mandatory and non-negotiable for this role.
