Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations
We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to lead and optimize the infrastructure, systems, and strategy that power global recruiting. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the talent acquisition function, with a strong focus on technology, process scalability, and stakeholder partnership.
This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and consultative leadership, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of TA operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to build team capability and bench strength
Strategy & Transformation
- Develop and execute forward-looking TA operations strategies across processes, governance, and technology
- Translate business priorities into scalable solutions that enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency
- Partner with global stakeholders to align on strategic direction and drive adoption
TA Technology & Systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TA systems
- Diagnose and resolve system issues while partnering with IT and vendors on enhancements
- Lead testing efforts, including development and validation of test scripts
- Ensure system stability, adoption, and continuous optimization
Project & Program Management
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Build structured project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a related function
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS and/or CRM systems (configuration, troubleshooting, testing, enhancements)
- Proven experience leading projects or workstreams within complex environments
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
Preferred Background
- Experience in large, global organizations
- Exposure to enterprise TA systems and large-scale implementations
- Background balancing technical expertise with business-facing stakeholder engagement
