A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Global Commercial Insights Manager to support its growing cardiovascular & metabolic portfolio. This role will drive strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights from primary market research, competitive intelligence, and secondary data.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a consulting-style mindset, capable of navigating unclear challenges. They will consolidate inputs from multiple sources to deliver strategic insights that support product planning, brand growth, and organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative market research
  • Synthesize insights across multiple data sources to inform brand and product strategy
  • Translate complex business questions into clear research plans and deliverables
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's + 4+ years (or advanced degree with 2+ years) in insights, analytics, or consulting
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work cross-functionally
