Instrumentation Engineer

Contractor (FREELANCE) Instrumentation QA/QC Engineer - Pharma Construction Project (Frankfurt, Germany)

We're hiring Instrumentation QA/QC Engineers for an exciting 12-month onsite project in Frankfurt, supporting a leading engineering firm on a major pharmaceutical construction site.

What you'll be doing:

• Inspecting instrumentation installation works onsite
• Reviewing and verifying quality documentation for equipment
• Identifying and reporting any issues related to compliance or installation
• Collaborating with other QA/QC teams across Electrical, HVAC, Piping, CSA/Cleanroom disciplines

Requirements:

• Degree or technical qualification in Instrumentation Engineering or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering roles within pharma, biotech, or cleanroom environments
• Strong understanding of instrumentation systems and equipment installation from a QA/QC perspective
• Familiarity with GMP standards and quality documentation processes
• Ability to conduct site inspections, verify installations, and raise non-conformances
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Must be available to work full-time onsite near Frankfurt
