Our Client a global leading Life Sciences Company is looking for a Head of Quality and Qualified Person

Tasks

• Provides strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for the Quality Control organization, including oversight of all laboratory operations and personnel.
• Directs and prioritizes analytical workflows, ensuring both in‑house and outsourced testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products is performed in alignment with applicable standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Holds full accountability for the GMP‑compliant approval of incoming materials, process intermediates, and final product batches.
• Leads the assessment and qualification of new materials and drives the introduction of modern analytical technologies and control strategies.
• Ensures the qualification of laboratory instruments and the validation of analytical methods, securing accuracy, reliability, and regulatory robustness of all QC results.
• Acts as the primary QC representative in interactions with regulatory authorities, clients, and external partners, reinforcing trust in the company's quality standards.
• Oversees the management of deviations, shortages, change requests, and customer or supplier complaints, ensuring effective root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Works closely with Quality Assurance, Production, Procurement, and Commercial functions to synchronize processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and maintain seamless operational flow.

Profile

• Degree in Pharmacy
• QP qualification according to Section 15 of AMG
• Fluent in German and English
• Solid experiences in Quality
