About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Marketing to lead and shape the marketing function for our Molecular Pathology portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving brand awareness, market penetration, and commercial success across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will bring deep scientific expertise, particularly in molecular biology, immunohistochemistry, and molecular pathology, combined with proven marketing leadership in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for molecular pathology products and solutions.
• Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to the DACH market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and global marketing teams to align regional initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the life sciences or diagnostics industry.
• Strong understanding of immunohistochemistry and molecular pathology applications.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, product launches, and campaign management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed.
