EPM are partnered with a leading provider of LCMS and HPLC solutions. As they expand their European footprint, they're seeking a Head of Marketing and Product Management to lead strategic product initiatives. This is a high-impact role combining product strategy, cross-functional leadership, and market innovation across chromatography, spectrometry, and analytical instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute business strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Go-to-Market Excellence: Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
- Regional Marketing: Lead the creation and execution of regional marketing plans, campaigns, and events to drive awareness and engagement.
- Product Launches: Oversee end-to-end product launch strategies, ensuring alignment across teams and markets.
- Product Marketing: Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 10 marketers and product managers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing and product management leadership roles in the life science or analytical market
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in launching and marketing products across diverse regions.
