Work Arrangement: Onsite four days per week, with one day working from home

About the Role
A leading medical device company in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support maintenance strategy, life cycle management, and equipment efficiency analysis within a regulated environment. While experience in the medical device industry is preferred, applicants with a pharmaceutical background are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Analyze equipment efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and execute a maintenance strategy to support operational reliability.
- Oversee life cycle management processes to maintain compliance and sustainability.
- Conduct risk assessments related to maintenance operations.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Engineering or a related technical discipline (mandatory).
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
- Extensive knowledge of life cycle management and maintenance strategy.
- Experience in medical devices is an advantage; applicants with pharmaceutical backgrounds will also be considered.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
