Financial Analyst

Our client is a market leading life science business providing solutions to transform human health. Their customers undertake life-saving activities ranging from fundamental biological research to developing innovative vaccines, new medicines, and cell and gene therapies.

They employ companies all over the world and operate marquee names within their group. They are looking to add a Financial Analyst to join the team reporting to a Regional Manager.

Position:

• Preparation of statutory reporting support of financial audit for all Netherlands/ Belgium legal entities
• Support tax reporting for group and local purposes including tax audit support and related analysis
• Assist the group with SOX control testing
• Prepare financial analysis to support business needs - product level
• Assist in resolution of unreconciled items
• Assist the business with process knowledge and enablement especially in the sourcing and AP area
• Working closely with shared services support and wider finance function

Skills/Qualifications:

• Accounting or Finance Qualification
• Finance statement preparation, financial analysis, and tax reporting
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Candidates from either industry or Audit/Accounting firms are encouraged to apply

• The position can be based either in Hoegaarden, Belgium or Medemblik, Netherlands
